7Account Deletion and Data Deletion Request

7.1 How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Restaurant 365 account and associated data through the following methods:

• Method 1: Delete via Application (Immediate)
  • Open Restaurant 365 application
  • Go to Settings → Account Settings
  • Scroll down to find "Delete My Account"
  • Tap "Delete My Account"
  • Confirm with your password
  • Tap "I understand, delete my account"
  • App-local data will be deleted immediately
  • Server-side data will be deleted within 30 days
• Method 2: Contact Support Team
  • Send email to support@orderanywhere.in.th
  • Subject: "Request Account Deletion"
  • Include: Your username, account name
  • Support team will verify your identity
  • Data will be deleted within 30 days
  • You will receive confirmation email
• Method 3: Contact from Application Menu
  • Go to Settings → Help & Support
  • Select "Request Account Deletion"
  • Provide reason for deletion (optional)
  • Submit request
  • Support team will contact you for confirmation

7.2 What Data Gets Deleted

Deleted Immediately:

• Local app data
• Password and login credentials
• App cache files
• Device-stored information

Deleted Within 30 Days:

• Personal information
• Usage history
• User account on server
• Everything associated with your account

7.3 Data Retained After Deletion

We may retain the following data as required by law:

• Financial Records: Retained for tax and accounting purposes (as required by law)
• Audit Logs: Retained for security and audit purposes (anonymized)
• Backups: Retained for 90 days for emergency recovery

• Fraud or deception

9Payment and Refunds

9.1 Payment

• System supports multiple payment channels
• Credit/debit card information is encrypted and processed through certified service providers
• Restaurant 365 does not directly store your credit card information

9.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Please contact customer support for payment-related issues
• Refund processing time depends on payment method and bank

10Liability

10.1 Restaurant 365 Liability

We will make our best efforts to provide quality service, but we are not responsible for:

• Damages from service interruptions beyond our control
• Errors or delays in partner restaurant services
• Quality of food and service from restaurants
• Data loss from user devices

10.2 User Liability

Users are responsible for:

• Legal and compliant use of services
• Accuracy of provided information
• Account and password security
• Damages from inappropriate usage

11Intellectual Property

Content, images, logos, and other intellectual property on the Restaurant 365 application belong to Restaurant 365 or licensors. Copying, modification, or use without permission is prohibited.
